Status points have the same effect on all type of characters. Best way to use your remaining status points is to throw them all on dex. Dex gives attack, defence a higher crit rate, asr, dsr and life / mana recovery. A secundairy option is str. Str gives attack, defence life and mana.

The best way to test such things is to make a few level 2/3x characters and trying out the effect of the stats.
